Barry Cocoziello is the managing director of Podvey Meanor and an experienced civil and criminal litigator with extensive trial and appellate experience. Barry received his undergraduate degree at Washington College. He attended John Marshall Law School where he was a Member of the John Marshall Law Review. Barry graduated Rutgers-Newark and served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Robert Muir, Superior Court of New Jersey. Barry has served as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Law School-Newark, teaching Pretrial Civil Practice and served as a Master in the Vanderbilt Inns of Court.

Barry's practice areas include complex commercial litigation, trial practice, fraud law, construction litigation, criminal law, employment litigation, and disciplinary proceedings before professional boards. He is admitted to practice in the state courts in New Jersey and Florida and in the federal courts in New Jersey, New York and Florida. He is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and a Member of the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations, where he has served as a panelist and speaker at a Litigation Section forum on "Ethics and Professionalism Related to the Civil Deposition and Expert Witnesses." Barry is also a Member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey.
