Jonathan Kuller has focused his practice for the last decade and a half on insurance law, premium fraud, medical provider fraud, claim fraud, defense of bad faith claims and related coverage disputes. Jonathan graduated from Rutgers University and Rutgers School of Law (Newark). He clerked for the Honorable Thomas L. Franklin, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Jonathan has successfully litigated a broad range of cases in the state and federal Courts in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions. He has participated in several significant published opinions while representing major commercial lines insurers. Jonathan has written about and served as a panelist at seminars concerning defense of bad faith claims, both before the American Bar Association and at various seminars in the state of New Jersey.

In addition to the New Jersey Bar, Jonathan is admitted to the Bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United Stated Supreme Court and several United States District Courts. He is a member of both the New Jersey and American Bar Associations.
