Lisa Trembly is a commercial litigator whose practice includes a wide array of matters, including insurance coverage litigation relating to first-party property insurance policies; insurance fraud litigation; shareholder disputes; consumer fraud actions; premium litigation; insurance defense of environmental matters under third-party liability contracts; and general commercial matters. Lisa's practice also includes handling appeals, arbitrations and mediations, and advising clients on contract and insurance coverage issues and potential consumer fraud claims and violations. She practices primarily in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania but has litigated matters in many other states, including Virginia, Florida and Colorado. Lisa was also recently admitted to the bar for the District of Columbia and is a 2006-2007 member of the "Madison Who's Who of Professionals."
Lisa received her undergraduate degree in the Administration of Justice from Rutgers University, graduating with honors. In 1994, Lisa received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and Co-Chairperson of the Sandra Day Medal of Honor Committee and received a Pro Bono Service Award. After graduating law school, Lisa joined the firm and in 2002 became a member of the Firm.
Lisa has authored and co-authored numerous articles published in newspapers and legal journals, and works she has authored have been cited by the New Jersey Supreme Court as well as in legal treatises and commentary.
