Mike Bevacqua is a talented and tenacious litigator with a tireless work ethic. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars and has significant experience litigating matters in the state and federal courts of both states.
A substantial part of Mike’s practice is devoted to consumer finance defense, including, but not limited to, claims under the Consumer Fraud Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, FTC Holder Rule, Truth In Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Credit Billing Act, and Lemon Law. In addition, Mike is an accomplished personal injury attorney, regularly securing significant recoveries for his clients, including several settlements in excess of one million dollars. He also represents high net worth individuals in matrimonial matters.
Mike was named a New Jersey Super Lawyers "Rising Star" in the field of business litigation in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. He has been chosen for membership into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 institute, which is comprised of the country’s top trial attorneys under the age of 40.
Mike graduated cum laude from the University of Scranton and thereafter attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a semifinalist in both the Eugene Gressman and Marshall National Constitutional moot court competitions. He joined the firm as an associate in 2003 and became a partner in 2010.

$1,750,000.00 for estate of 58-year-old worker, who sustained fatal injuries as a result of a construction accident and died approximately six (6) hours later.
$1,050,000.00 for 50-year-old motorcyclist, who was involved in an accident and sustained comminuted tibia and fibula fractures, knee fractures, rib fractures, and an open humeral fracture.
$500,000.00 (Pre-Suit) for estate of 76-year-old retiree, who was struck by a motor vehicle and sustained traumatic brain injuries, and experienced approximately one (1) hour of conscious pain and suffering before succumbing to his injuries the following morning.
$106,500.00 (Pre-Suit) for 56-year-old woman, who slipped and fell on a wet floor in a nail salon and sustained a displaced ankle trimalleolar fracture.
