Shaun Bean focuses his practice on labor and employment law as well as business/commercial litigation. Shaun attended Boston University where he earned two Bachelor's degrees: a B.S. in journalism and a B.A. in economics, and was graduated cum laude in each. Prior to law school, Shaun spent two years at the Boston Herald, where he split his time between the sports and business departments, reporting on a wide array of topics, including Boston University hockey and small businesses in New England.

At Seton Hall University School of Law, Shaun won the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition, arguing before a final round panel which included Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito and New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Barry Albin. He was a member of Seton Hall's Interscholastic Moot Court Competition Team and served as Associate Editor of Seton Hall's Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. Shaun gave back to the community by doing pro bono work for Seton Hall's Center for Social Justice, where he worked to obtain greater funding for Newark's charter schools and advocated on behalf of indigent clients. Upon graduation, Shaun received the American Bar Association Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law.
