Tom Aljian is a civil litigator with a strong engineering and mechanical science background that has helped him successfully prosecute and defend numerous subrogation and product liability matters. Tom received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and thereafter pursued additional studies in environmental engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Public Works Manager. After receiving his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardoza School of Law, Tom served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Francis Gasiorowski.

Tom's practice focuses on complex first party insurance and subrogation losses involving fires, flooding, explosions, collapses, control system failures, high voltage system failures and other catastrophic engineering related losses. He has secured exemplary results for clients in numerous complex subrogation matters. Tom is admitted in the state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York and has substantial trial experience in those courts. In addition, Tom has authored numerous published articles.
